Too many people are speculating without any evidence at all that Our President – the-once-in-a-lifetime talent purchased for us by the richest man in the world – is losing his marbles. He looks tired, they say. He rambles. He slurs words. He makes no sense. He posts weird AI stuff on Truth Social. Obvious mental decline. This unfair criticism was inevitable. I mean, when one person achieves so much success in such a short period of time, folk are bound to be envious. Haters gotta hate.

This is the opposite of what happened with Biden. We ragged on him because he WAS tired and old and unable to stay on point. Unable to lead. Not to be trusted. His gaffes were unintentional gaffes, unforgivable and damaging to our reputation in the world, not like the clever verbal “weave” strategy our current president uses to communicate so clearly. And think about the stresses each leader faced. Biden inherited the greatest economy the world has ever seen, a pandemic that had been put to rest despite the failings of Fauci, and a nation united by the unbridled patriotism on full display at the Capitol on January 6. Our current president, by contrast, inherited a nation in decline. Economy tanking. Illegal immigrant gangs. Trading partners taking advantage of us. A woke military. DEI. Trans people recruiting our children. A bloated, inefficient federal government. In short, a failing democracy in need of a hard reboot.

Immediately our new president worked to fulfill the mandate of his unprecedented 1.5% sweeping victory in the 2024 election. He began by assessing myriad threats to our national security. As our “Unitary Executive” (our Unitrump), according to the words and actions of the Supreme Court, his power in matters of national security is absolute. (Now that the Supreme Court has commenced its new session, I bet they further strengthen the presidential hand.) Through a series of thoughtful Executive Actions, Unitrump has identified many national security emergencies, too numerous to document in their entirety. Here are some especially insightful ones:

Our Unitrump, omnipotent though he is, cannot singlehandedly fix all that was broken in America. No, he needs a team behind him. He is counting on his own Avengers, possessed of special skills, to ensure total annihilation of all that was weak and broken in our failed democracy. He has tapped brilliance previously overlooked due to DEI and wokeness and assembled this powerful force (no need to enumerate their superpowers – we’ve all witnessed them):

With the continuing support of his Avengers, the Supreme Court, and Congress, Unitrump is succeeding in his mission. The illegals are on the run, taking many of their blood-weakening citizen relatives with them. The Radical Left is cowering in fear looking for leadership from a Democrat Party that is stupid enough to shut down the government. Media companies, universities, and law firms are falling into line. Ukraine and Europe have stopped looking for help they never deserved while like-minded South American leaders – in the case of Argentina for the bargain price of only $20 billion dollars – are stepping up to take their place as our new allies. We’re sticking it to China, paying our farmers ourselves rather than letting China pay for our soybeans. Any day now all of this will lead to our Golden Age. Lower prices. Better health. No crime. Unrestricted freedom to speak Elonican truth.
We need to cut our President (and the billionaire magnanimous enough to pay for his election) some slack. Rebooting a broken country is hard work. Our saviors are understandably tired. Let’s show them grace when they misspeak. Let’s let them rest in peace.

Great indeed, we confess, is the mystery of godliness: He was manifested in the flesh, vindicated by the Spirit, seen by angels, proclaimed among the nations, believed on in the world, taken up in glory.
1 Timothy 3:16
