It’s been a confusing couple of weeks. For a while there we thought we’d be adding Greenland to Elonica, but that does not appear to be panning out. Meanwhile the Canadian prime minister gave a speech in Davos that people liked more than our president’s speech. Can you imagine anyone besting our savior’s oratorical weave? Then, in justifiable self defense, ICE/Border Patrol killed another protestor in Minneapolis, causing totally unwarranted and unexpected pushback. Unwarranted because the 7 masked and armed men who shot this dissident have been granted absolute immunity by JD Vance and Stephen Miller. Unexpected because some Republican lawmakers are joining in the criticism. Are they questioning Stephen Miller’s strategy? What the hell are they thinking? To settle the waters, our President is throwing around new tariffs on Canada and South Korea and substituting Holman (CAVA fan) for Bovino (German 1940s fashion fan). Thankfully our Leader always knows just what to do.

What dissenters fail to realize is that Elonica is different from the old failed America. Our sweeping 1.5% victory in the last election gave us a simple mandate. We are called to rethink the foundations of our great nation, revisit our Constitution, unpublish the parts of our history that suggest imperfection, and overcome the Radical Leftists who weakened our great nation. We know we are right and the opposite of right is wrong. Simple logic. The greatest challenge we face is the fuzziness caused by unchecked, unhinged liberal interpretations of “democracy.” This challenge calls for force – raw brute force if necessary – to show the country and the world that there’s a new sheriff in town. Right is might.
We will spend the next decade reveling in the changes Elonica has wrought now that we have real leaders in control. Today, let’s spend a little time with the approved Elonican interpretation of key tenets in our Constitution.

Articles I, II, and III
In the original Constitution put forth by America’s founders, Article I defined the legislative branch, Article II established the executive branch, and Article III created the judicial branch. The branches were co-equal, each providing checks and balances for the other two through their various responsibilities and authorities. As you can imagine, this approach was unwieldy as hell. All of that checking each other made anything that actually happened happen really slowly. Bills and laws moved at glacial speed if they moved at all.
In Elonica, to facilitate our Golden Age, we are reversing the order of the Articles. Article II becomes Article I, since the most important aspect of our government is a Unitary Executive who leads our country as he sees fit through Executive Orders and strong foreign and domestic armies. Article III is now Article II. Once the Executive is successful in appointing more judges, etc., the judiciary will fully adopt the philosophy of the Supreme Court, which is to make things as easy as possible for the Unitary Executive. Finally, the legislative branch becomes Article III. We don’t really need them to do much beyond promoting the ideas of the Unitary Executive, but if we don’t have a legislature we can’t really call ourselves a democracy. What’s important in this reordering is that it establishes clearly that the branches are no longer co-equal. No, they are now co-dependent, working together to ensure the unencumbered success of the Unitary Executive.
Elonica’s leaders are also bringing clarity to the Bill of Rights. Here are some of the most important enacted changes, with other modifications in the works or being field tested as we speak.
The Bill of Rights
First Amendment
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Our President is a staunch believer in the First Amendment. He is in fact “bringing it back.” Of course people are encouraged to practice any of the approved Christian religions. These include any that eschew DEI, LGBTQ+ rights, gay marriage, abortion, birth control or the education of women. Judaism that supports all the actions of Netanyahu is also quite welcome. Free speech and press in support of Elonica are still protected, although hate speech that denounces Elonican policy or people is, naturally, not lawful. The people can assemble peaceably but cannot record events at their gatherings. Elonican officials will do the recording and interpreting of these events.
Second Amendment
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
The more guns, the better! If everyone were armed, there would be no crime at all. People are encouraged to carry weapons at all times except when they’re protesting against the actions of Elonica, at which point they are subject to execution. And our President is also creating his own well regulated militia, maximizing the expertise of organizations like the Proud Boys to strengthen the effectiveness of ICE and the Border Patrol.
Fourth Amendment
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Real Elonicans – white, straight, Republican – are naturally not subject to unreasonable searches and seizures. Brown and black children and adults or those speaking with unElonican accents can be asked for papers documenting their citizenship and taken into custody if papers are suspicious. Because of the national risk posed by Illegals, the homes of suspects may be entered without warrants. Interlopers who cannot prove their identities can be removed without notice to facilities in and beyond Elonica designed specifically to hold dangerous criminals. To protect those who enforce the laws of Elonica, those who question or protest or videotape or resist in any way can be arrested or otherwise taught a lesson.
Tenth Amendment
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Simple – states’ rights apply when a state is right. Such rights do not apply when a state is wrong. Blue states are wrong.
Of course I can speak only for myself but I deeply appreciate long-sought precision about the meaning of our foundational documents. I have hated our sloppy 250-year journey toward “a more perfect union.” I can hardly wait for someone to bring such clarity to our history!
For whoever keeps the whole law but fails in one point has become guilty of all of it.
JAMES 2:10
