Cabinet Overview

A wee civics lesson … the work of the Executive branch is supported by a cabinet of 15 departments, each with prescribed duties, sub-departments, budgets, and a Cabinet Secretary. If the president is unable to serve, the vice president assumes his responsibilities. After that, succession flows to the Speaker of the House, the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, then the Cabinet members if eligible in the following order.
