Biden did so many horrific things. Our current president (hallelujah for trading up!) uses all available means, from Executive Actions to United Nations speeches, to rightly remind the world of the foibles of his sad old predecessor. Among Biden’s many transgressions, rampant weaponization of the Justice Department belongs at or near the top of the list. Biden was obsessed with pursuing his political rival and that rival’s friends, using every means to fast track investigations and prosecutions. Ah, but what goes around comes around. The tide has turned. The other shoe has dropped. Time to revel in the retribution, Elonica. “One nation, under God, with liberty and justice for all” is back with a vengeance.
Before we celebrate our Orange President’s many brilliant Justice Department interventions, let’s refresh our memories about the depth and breadth of the radical leftist weaponization he inherited. After Merrick Garland was confirmed as Attorney General on March 20, 2021, Biden pressured him to immediately charge the former president with bogus crimes related to the January 6 Day of Love and improperly possessing top secret documents. Moving at lightning speed, 20 months later on November 18, 2022, Garland appointed Jack Smith as Special Counsel to investigate these “crimes.” Six months after that, on June 8, 2023, the former president was indicted for the documents case. On August 1 he was indicted for his role in January 6. Of course there was no evidence to support any of these bogus charges. The FBI planted the documents at Mar a Lago and used undercover agents to persuade MAGA supporters to break the law at the Capitol. This was not justice, but ELECTION INTERFERENCE.
Biden’s Justice Department didn’t stop with the former president. It cast a wide net. Two of the former president’s peeps were convicted of not complying with Congressional subpoenas and served time, unfairly, in jail. And the January 6 participants were hounded and abused and rounded up and tried for an array of fictional crimes. The evidence of their obvious innocence was recorded and shared for the world to see. The Capitol Police who claimed to be injured or worse were lying.
And let’s not forget the unfairness of the whole secret documents thing. Everybody takes classified documents with them when they leave office. Secret stuff gets packed up with other mementos like staplers and photos and coffee mugs. Biden and RINO Mike Pence had classified documents too, stupidly turning them in when they found them in their homes. They were investigated and let off, unlike the former president. No, the weaponized Justice Department kept insisting that he return the documents he wasn’t supposed to have. When he refused, the FBI raided Mar a Lago and rifled through his wife’s underwear drawer. Imagine the indignity.
So how can our gifted new President, elected in a never-before-seen 1.5% landslide, repair the damage done to the Justice Department by the radical left? How does he restore faith in justice for all? As always, he’s the man with a plan:
DEWEAPONIZATION STEPS
While we must respect the quality of the plan, no man is an island. Our president (with support from the behind-the-scenes tycoon who purchased him for us) can’t accomplish the restoration of de-weaponized justice alone. Fortunately, Congress and the Supreme Court are soundly in his corner. They recognize that the fantasy of an independent Justice Department has run its course. Now that we have a president universally trusted to prioritize the good of the Elonican people, we want him to decide who and how and when people should be prosecuted. His wisdom and judgment will make us safer and more secure.
Elonicans endured unspeakable abuses during Biden’s failed presidency. We deserve safety and security. And of course justice. Bring it on …
